JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyze and evaluate existing and proposed systems. Devise computer programs, applications and related procedures to process data. Interact with various levels of the organization to develop system requirement definitions. Take a system through the full project life cycle. Analyze user specifications and requirements. Encode, test, debug, and document programs on large- scale, complex projects. Revise and update programs and documentation. Oversee or help to oversee consultants on projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform complex program and system
• level analysis, design and coding.
• Process change control packets.
• Gather requirements and produce system documentation.
• Focus on the customer while providing daily business support.
• Oversee consultants` and collagues` technical deliverables during the course of a project.
• Facilitate meetings with both technical and non- technical staff.
• Participate in nightly coverage rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years technical experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports and Workflow in building and maintaining RICE objects
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Demonstrated advanced programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports
• Demonstrated ability to use Oracle DML commands to build data structures
• Prefer demonstrated ability to use XML publisher
• Applied knowledge of Oracle E- Business Suite, particularly in the areas of Financials, OM, INV, PO, WIP, WSM and BOM
• Demonstrated expertise in SDLC and change control processes.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field of study. Oracle SQL or PL/SQL certification.
